Accordia trims Q4 loss; DPU slips to S$0.0176

ACCORDIA Golf Trust narrowed its fourth-quarter (Q4 FY2016) net loss to 777 million yen (S$9.73 million) from a year-ago 981 million yen loss amid favourable weather conditions. The narrower loss attributable to unitholders for the three months ended March 31 came as the operating income of the golf course-focused business trust rose 6.5 per cent rise to 10.4 billion yen.
Excluding the 246 million yen that was retained from the FY16 first distribution, total distributable income available fell 12.7 per cent year-on-year to 1.55 billion yen, with distribution per unit (DPU) 1.7 per cent down at 1.76 Singapore cents.
