Dragon Group's executive director Timothy Lim resigns to focus on other commitments
TIMOTHY Lim, the executive director of mainboard-listed Dragon Group International has handed in his resignation from his role effective Dec 31, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing on Sunday evening.
The company said Lim had resigned to focus on his "other commitments". He has been an executive director of Dragon Group since Aug 12, 2009.
This is the 56-year-old's second resignation in just as many months, and closely follows his resignation as the executive director of Asti Holdings on Nov 30, 2021. Asti Holdings' filing back in November said that Lim had also resigned to focus on other commitments.
As at his resignation, Lim holds an indirect interest of 99,999 ordinary shares of Dragon Group through his spouse.
Dragon Group said there are no unresolved differences in opinion on material matters between Lim and the board of directors, including matters which would have a material impact on the group or its financial reporting.
The company also said there was no matter relating to the cessation that needed to be brought to the attention of Dragon Group's shareholders.
