Artivision makes play for online gaming
ARTIVISION Technologies is investing in a fledgling online game company as the video technology specialist continues on its quest to find profitability.
Artivision announced late on Wednesday that it would undergo a share swap to gain a near 5 per cent stake in 212 DB Corp, which runs the Play Gig-It game on Facebook.
In exchange, Artivision will issue 30.1 million new shares to 212 DB, giving 212 DB also a near 5 per cent stake in Artivision.
