Asia-Pac is a tabula rasa for data, says analytics firm Tableau

GREENFIELD opportunities in the Asia-Pacific have made it a keenly attractive region for data analytics firm Tableau Software, according to its regional senior vice-president, Pook Jyh Yeuan, who also goes by "J. Y."
"Everyone agrees that data is exploding, and you have all kinds of data, statistics, that tell you how fast and how much it's exploding, because of digitalisation and so on," he told The Business Times at New York-listed Tableau's Singapore office, which is also its Asia-Pacific base.
