Lian Beng in JV to redevelop Mandai plot

LIAN Beng has entered into a joint venture deal with two private companies, The Legacy Industrial (Mandai) and Wealth Property, for the redevelopment of a property. Lian Beng and The Legacy currently hold 65 per cent and 35 per cent of the equity interest in Wealth Property, which won the tender for an industrial plot at Mandai Link for S$21.3 million in July last year.
