Ezion acquires two firms
OFFSHORE player Ezion Holdings has acquired two companies involved in owning, chartering and operating of vessels and service rigs. It bought 92 per cent of Teras Conquest 7 at a share consideration of US$97,194 and assumed a US$10.13 million shareholder loan, for a total consideration of US$10.23 million. The other purchase was all of Teras Fortress 2 at a share consideration of US$100,000 and the assumption of a US$12.45 million shareholder loan, for a total consideration of US$12.55 million.
