Cache Logistics Trust posts 2.14 cent DPU for Q2
CACHE Logistics Trust posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.14 Singapore cents for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015, down 0.3 per cent from 2.147 Singapore cents in the year-ago period.
Gross revenue rose 3.7 per cent to S$21.6 million, from S$20.8 million in Q2 2014. Net property income slipped 5.4 per cent to S$18.5 million from S$19.6 million.
Income available for distribution rose 0.3 per cent to S$16.8 million. It included a portion of the sale proceeds from the disposal of Kim Heng warehouse for S$1.45 million.
