FORMER OCBC chief financial officer Soon Tit Koon, 64, has been appointed a non-executive and independent director of Great Eastern Holdings. "The appointment of Mr Soon, with his broad experience in the banking and financial sector and his familiarity with the insurance business, complements the competencies and skills of present board members," Great Eastern said.
