FLT notches up first-day gain

THE second real estate investment trust (Reit) to list on the Singapore Exchange this year has done better than the first, though the bar was not that high to begin with.
Australian industrial property landlord Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT) closed at S$0.91 after making its trading debut on Tuesday morning - two Singapore cents or 2.2 per cent above its initial public offering (IPO) price of S$0.89.
