Keppel O&M seals $150m in contracts
KEPPEL Offshore & Marine (O&M) has secured five contracts worth about $150 million in total, taking its new orders year-to-date to S$7 billion.
The projects were secured by Keppel O&M's subsidiaries, Keppel Shipyard and Keppel Nantong Shipyard (Keppel Nantong), for work on Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) and Floating Storage & Offloading (FSO) conversion, upgrading & repair works, and newbuilding and fabrication.
Keppel Shipyard's three contracts are FPSO and FSO projects from Armada C7, Apache Energy and EMAS AMC. The Armada C7 project has already started and is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2014. The project includes refurbishment and life extension works, upgrading of living quarters to accommodate 70 personnel, fabrication and installation of an internal turret mooring system, as well as the installation and integration of topside process modules.
