M1's transformation journey begins as offer ends

THE buyout offer for telco M1 closed on Monday at 5.30pm, with the total number of shares acquired by offeror Konnectivity Pte Ltd and its concert parties representing approximately 94.55 per cent.
With the close of the offer, Konnectivity intends to exercise its right to compulsorily acquire all the shares of the dissenting shareholders at an offer price of S$2.06 per share on or after April 16, on the same terms and conditions of the voluntary conditional general offer.
