Mapletree Industrial Trust DPU up 7.9%
Gross revenue rises 7.6% in Q2 on higher rental for all property segments
MAPLETREE Industrial Trust (MIT) reported a second-quarter distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.47 cents, a 7.9 per cent increase from the 2.29 cents a year earlier, on higher rentals and occupancies.
Distributable income rose 9.7 per cent year-on-year to $41.1 million for the three months ended Sept 30, 2013.
MIT's portfolio of 83 properties, valued at some $2.9 billion as at end-March, are classified into five categories: flatted factories, business park buildings, hi-tech buildings, stack-up/ramp-up buildings and light industrial buildings.
