Market sees more volatility amid stimulus uncertainty

THIS week could decide how lasting damage from the September slump will be for the 2020 bull market.

US stocks fell slightly after a wildly volatile week, extending the losing streak for the broad Standard & Poor's 500 to four weeks.

There is sure to be more volatility in the next few days, unless reopened stimulus negotiations between Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi bear fruit or the September jobs report contains a surprise.
