Rickmers bondholder seeks to stop vessel sales

A BONDHOLDER of Rickmers Maritime Trust is seeking an injunction to halt the sale of vessels as the shipping trust is being wound up, the trust's manager announced on Sunday.
The bondholder is an individual named Peter Kwok Kian Tow, who holds S$250,000 of Rickmers' 8.45 per cent notes due 2017. A court hearing on the matter will take place on Monday, May 15.
