DESPITE expanding its global presence over the years, Standard Chartered Bank has "always remained committed" to serving the Singapore market, said its chief executive officer in Singapore Patrick Lee.
"Over the years, even as we expanded our global presence, we've always remained committed to serve the domestic market here," he said at a gala event to celebrate the bank's 160th anniversary in Singapore on Wednesday.
