Starhill Global Reit's Q3 DPU down 6.3%
STARHILL Global Reit's distribution per unit (DPU) for the third quarter ended March 31, 2017, fell 6.3 per cent to 1.18 Singapore cents.
Gross revenue for Q3 FY16/17 dipped 0.6 per cent year on year to S$53.33 million while net property income (NPI) declined 0.9 per cent to S$41.22 million mainly due to lower contributions from Wisma Atria Property, Ngee Ann City Property (Office), Myer Centre Adelaide and Renhe Spring Zongbei Property.
Unitholders will receive their DPU on May30.
