Parliament has increased alcohol tax, raised legal drinking age from 18 to 20

Father Dvareckas quit drinking thanks to a 12-step programme similar to the one used by Alcoholics Anonymous. Wanting to pass on what he learnt, he created a free programme to fight alcoholism.
