Greek PM forecasts a happy ending

GREEK Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras forecast a happy end soon to fraught negotiations with creditors on a cash-for-reform deal, while the chairman of eurozone finance ministers said talks were making progress, though not enough for a deal next Monday.
However, with Greece fast running out of money, sources close to the talks with the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission and the European Central Bank said there was still no breakthrough on crucial sticking points over pension and labour market reforms and budget targets.
