IF the race to become Hong Kong's chief executive were to be based on a popular vote, former finance chief John Tsang would stand the best chance of winning.
The 65-year-old, known as "Mr Pringles" for his moustache which is rather like that of the mascot of the potato chip brand, has been leading his rivals Carrie Lam and Woo Kwok-hing in popularity polls.
