IT'S the time of the year when, in normal circumstances, world leaders along with hundreds of government officials and journalists would be flying around the world to attend a series of annual summits.
Of course, these are far from normal times, but the show, as they say, must go on. Over the next fortnight, the world's attention will turn to three countries - Vietnam, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia - which are hosting the Asean, Apec and G-20 summits respectively.
