These small caps have long outperformed their larger counterparts

"SMALL Is Beautiful" was the name of a best-selling book written in 1973 by British economist EF Schumacher and now, 45 years later, investors in Japanese stocks have decided that he was right.
They are in the middle of what some call a love affair with small cap (small capitalisation) stocks.
