Macly Group to start previews for River Valley condo; prices start from S$1.3m
PREVIEWS for Hill House, a new condominium project built by Macly Group, Roxy-Pacific Holdings and LWH Holdings, will start this Saturday (Nov 5) with prices starting at S$1.3 million for a one-bedroom unit.
The 999-year leasehold condominium at 11 Institutional Hill will comprise 72 units sitting on a land plot spanning 1,328.5 square metres, with a built-up gross floor area of 99,566 square feet (sq ft). It is scheduled to achieve temporary occupation permit in the third quarter of 2026.
More than half of the 72 units available at Hill House will be one-bedroom (431 sq ft) or one-plus-one-bedroom (452 sq ft) units, with prices starting from S$1.3 million and S$1.4 million, respectively.
Two-bedroom (624 sq ft) unit prices will start from S$1.8 million, while three-bedroom (753 sq ft) units will start from S$2.1 million.
Hill House is located in District 9 (Orchard, Cairnhill, River Valley) and is within walking distance of about five to 10 minutes from Orchard Road, Somerset MRT station and Robertson Quay.
Nearby amenities include a 24-hour supermarket, shopping malls and bars.

The project is a joint venture between Macly Group as lead developer, Roxy-Pacific Holdings and LWH Holdings.
Last year, Mequity Hills, an indirect associate of Roxy-Pacific, acquired the land plot for S$23 million.
