Hong Kong: Stocks edge down after holiday

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks edged down at the start of trade Tuesday, making a muted return after the Lunar New Year holiday.
The Hang Seng Index lost 0.28 per cent, or 86.50 points, to 31,028.93.
Mainland Chinese markets remained closed for the Lunar New Year celebrations.
