Malaysia: Shares close higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 8.060 points to 1,745.200.
Volume was 4.982 billion lots worth RM5.037 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 591 to 368.
