Malaysia: Shares close higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 3.530 points to 1,759.160.
Volume was 1.864 billion lots worth RM1.778 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 436 to 384.
