Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.78 points to 1784.25 at 9.01am.

Volume was 80.14 million lots worth RM24.54 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 129 to 53.
