Study gives green nod to Norwegian airline, brickbats for BA, Lufthansa

The study by the International Council for Clean Transportation (ICCT) found that three of the least fuel efficient carriers were BA, Lufthansa and Scandinavian airline SAS, who between them account for some 20 per cent of the transatlantic air travel market.
