THE High Court has granted a debt moratorium to mainboard-listed Koon Holdings and a subsidiary from Nov 7 to Feb 28, according to a bourse filing on Friday. The companies must also file scheme of arrangement applications by Dec 12, as part of the group's restructuring exercise, with a pre-trial conference on Dec 16 and a court hearing on Jan 3, 2020.
