KATRINA Group, owner of the So Pho, Streats and Bali Thai restaurant chains, has seen a strong recovery since the end of the circuit breaker. But the bite from the coronavirus fallout has cemented its resolve to streamline operations and diversify revenue streams. The company will also raise funds for expansion.
Chief executive Alan Goh told The Business Times that sales in restaurants located in suburban areas have bounced back to pre-pandemic levels, while outlets in the central business district (CBD) have recovered by about 70 per cent.
