Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 16.26 points or 1.21 per cent to 1,357.95 at 9.05am.
Volume was 262.76 million lots worth RM89.97 million. Gainers beat losers 419 to 34.
