AIA to cover cost of telehealth consult for IP plan policyholders
Claims pre-authorisation system extended to cover admissions, day surgeries at private hospitals, healthcare providers

AIA Singapore will cover the cost of telemedical consultations for its Integrated Shield plan (IP) policyholders, as part of its initiatives to help them cope with Covid-19.
The cost of up to 50,000 video consultations with telehealth provider WhiteCoat will be covered by AIA for policyholders of the AIA HealthShield Gold Max.
