Noble to sell US-based ethanol producer to Mercuria unit for higher price
Mercuria Investments US will pay US$15.5m, US$3m more than an offer from Zeeland Farm Services

A NEW buyer has been found for troubled commodity trader Noble Group's US-based ethanol producer, Noble Americas South Bend Ethanol (Nasbe).
Noble will now sell Nasbe to Mercuria Investments US for a base consideration of US$15.5 million - US$3 million higher than its previous offer from Zeeland Farm Services.
