WHEN a terror attack occurs, companies can help rebuild the community in ways that are aligned with their core business. For example, in the immediate aftermath of a terror attack, businesses in the telecommunications, hospitality and transport industry can reduce service fees or offer complimentary services to those affected by the attacks. Businesses should also rally their employees to ensure that day-to-day operations and services are not disrupted.
