Malaysia: shares close down on Thursday

MALAYSIAN stocks closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5 points to 1,743.99.
Volume was 3.16 billion shares worth RM2.51 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 544 to 365.
