Customer satisfaction rises in transport sector
Increase fuelled by gains in taxi services, public buses and budget airlines; MRT system dips, reflecting disruptions

CUSTOMER satisfaction rose in the second quarter for taxi services, public buses and budget airlines, according to the latest Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) report.
The land transport sector - which covers taxis, transport booking apps, public buses and the MRT system - scored 67.8 points, up nearly one point from the same period last year.
