Sabana Real Estate Investment Management's chairman steps down due to health reasons
SABANA Real Estate Investment Management, the manager of Sabana Reit, announced on Friday that Steven Lim Kok Hoong, chairman of the board and independent non-executive director, has resigned due to health reasons.
Yong Kok Hoon, the remaining independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the new chairman of the board with effect from July 28, 2017.
Mr Lim has also stepped down as member of the Audit Committee, Nominating and Remuneration Committee and Strategic Review Committee.
