Swiber Holdings said after Tuesday's trading close, that its court-appointed judicial managers have filed applications for extension until July to send to creditors a statement of proposals and summon a creditors' meeting.
The JMs from KPMG are applying with the Singapore High Court for an extension until July 21 to do so. The court applications are fixed to be heard at 9am on Mar 8, 2017.
