Equation plans major restructuring to focus on anti-theft business

EQUATION Summit is adjusting its capital structure and divesting certain businesses as part of a major restructuring to refocus the company on its proprietary anti-theft technology.
There are four major components of the restructuring, which aims to create a single-business company that has the resources to pursue its next step of growth and the capital structure to attract additional capital in the future.
