Tung Lok appoints chief operating officer
TJIOE Ka In has been appointed chief operating officer of Tung Lok Restaurants (2000), the restaurant group said in a release to Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Accordingly, Madam Tjioe has resigned as an executive director of the company, a role which she had held since March 2001. She is the sister of executive chairman Tjioe Ka Men.
"She is in charge of strategic planning and ensuring smooth operations of Tung Lok restaurants," Tung Lok said in the release.
Separately, Foo Say Mui Bill was appointed an independent and non-executive director of the company while Juliana Julianti Samudro was appointed a non-independent and non-executive director.
