The grooming of future tripartite leaders

LABOUR chief Chan Chun Sing, casting an eye on grooming the next generation of tripartite leaders, is pushing for younger unionists to work on tripartite committees.
He is thus stepping up the cross-posting of union leaders and government officials and lobbying for promising civil servants to be attached to unions, so that they are exposed to and understand first hand the challenges on the ground.
