SNOWBIRD AG, a down processing company, has engaged Religare Capital Markets Corporate Finance Pte Ltd to advise the former on its proposed secondary listing on Singapore Exchange.

Religare Capital Markets has an arrangement with Sakae Corporate Advisory to cooperate in the areas of corporate and advisory services.
