Hong Kong: Stocks open 0.12% higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares edged up 0.12 per cent on bargain-buying in opening exchanges Wednesday, despite a sell-off on Wall Street.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 27.18 points to 22,697.68 in the first few minutes of trade.
