SOME 3,700 valid complaints have been filed by the public against organisations since the launch of the Do-Not-Call (DNC) registry on Jan 2.
This works out to an average of 27 complaints a day against organisations that have continued sending marketing messages over SMS, voice call or fax to consumers who have opted out of receiving them.
