Banking CEOs more upbeat about revenue growth outlook
Over 70% see cyber security as threat to growth prospects
[SINGAPORE] Chief executive officers (CEOs) in the finance and capital markets sector are markedly more buoyant over the prospect of revenue growth over the next three years.
This optimistic outlook is underpinned by brighter expectations of economic growth, a PwC survey of 133 banking CEOs in 50 countries has found.
The number of CEOs who believe that the global economy will improve over the next 12 months has risen to 56 per cent from 19 per cent of respondents last year.
