A "Welcome Home" mat is being put out to woo overseas-based Singaporean research talents back here with research, fellowship and employment opportunities.
The Research, Innovation and Enterprise Council (RIEC), seeking to strengthen research and innovation here, is investing in two other programmes - one to build links among tech organisations, economic agencies and industry, and the other, to support research into strengthening cybersecurity here.
