Citibank, DBS, OCBC to each offer voice biometric authentication

FOR many bank customers here, the pain of having to remember multiple passcodes and having to respond to a series of questions to verify their identities when they call their banks, or, worse still, having to navigate tedious menu options, will soon be a thing of the past.
Three banks - Citibank, DBS and OCBC - have each announced the impending launch of voice biometric authentication systems that will allow their customers to authenticate their identities with their voices when they call the banks.
