Buying by company directors falls
But buyback activity rises for the third straight week as 16 companies post 73 repurchases worth S$40.7 million
BUYING by directors fell for the first time in the past three weeks based on filings with the Singapore Exchange in the fourth week of May - 20 companies recorded 41 purchases worth S$1.88 million.
The number of firms and trades were down from the previous week's 23 companies and 56 purchases.
The value, however, was up from the previous week's S$1.47 million.
