Trek 2000 International

INDEPENDENT director Celine Cha Mui Hwang stepped down on Sept 13 from the board of Trek 2000 International for what were said to be "personal reasons", in the sixth board departure in a year, according to a Singapore Exchange (SGX) filing on Friday.

The five-man board is left with executive directors Wayne Tan Joon Yong and Kuan Mun Kwong. Khor Peng Soon is lead independent director, alongside independent directors Chay Yee Meng and Kwek Swee Heng.
