BOTH Southernpec (Singapore) and Southernpec (Singapore) Shipping could be wound up if Singapore-based wholesaler of petrochemical products Goodwood Associates is successful in its applications to liquidate them in relation to non-payment for about US$1.5 million fuel oil trades.

Southernpec (Singapore), engaged in the business of ship bunkering and the sale of petrochemical products, placed two orders in July 2015 for a total of 3,200 metric tonnes of fuel oil.
