The celebrated chef Jereme Leung and executive Chinese chef Yap Poh Weng join hands in creating inspiring menus that capture the symbolism of each zodiac animal. In this case, the water rabbit signifies longevity, peace and prosperity, and these have been incorporated into the menus that feature dishes such as Iberico Pork Char Siew with Pickled Bentong Ginger & Australian Lime Caviar; Braised 10-head South African Abalone with Fa Cai Black Moss, Fish Maw & Lettuce; and Osmanthus and Water Chestnut Cake.

Luxurious Lo-Hei

Toss to prosperity in style with an array of yusheng selections from yì by Jereme Leung. This perennial favourite is available for both dine-in and takeaway, and all feature an auspicious selection of premium ingredients, tossed in an exclusive Yunnan rose dressing created by master chef Jereme Leung. Four varieties are available including Longevity Yusheng, with arctic shellfish & Japanese sweet shrimps; Prosperity Yusheng, which comes with abalone, Spanish Iberico ham and honey melon; Fortune Yusheng with salmon sashimi & crispy whitebait; and Vegetarian Yusheng with crispy cordyceps flower & fresh mango. Free yourself from the hassle of cooking with a gourmet lineup of home dining sets and takeaway items specially prepared by the yì culinary team. For example, the Decadent set menu (S$1388++) feeds eight people and features a multi-course selection that includes Steamed Soon Hock Fish with Brown Bean & Pineapple Sauce; and Baked Eggplant with Roasted Pepper Sauce. There’s also Prosperity Seafood Treasure Pot, featuring a medley of premium ingredients including Fa Cai Black Moss, 10-head South African Abalone and sun-dried oysters. 

Traditional Chinese New Year cakes include the well-loved radish cake (S$58+), prepared with Chinese sausages, Japanese dried scallops and sakura shrimps; and Osmanthus and Water Chestnut Cake (S$58+) - combining water chestnuts from Guilin, China, infused with fragrant osmanthus leaves.
